Our Infrastructure
We are the first company in India to have an installed capacity of 5000 tones/month, within a single facility, and a combined installed capacity of 9300 tones/month from three of our box manufacturing facilities, 7500 tones/month from our Paper Manufacturing Unit. With a combined built-up area of 5,95,000 sq. ft. We take pride in our quality and infrastructure. Our claim for perfection is reflected in the various labs, extensive technology, an excellent workforce, and a state-of-the-art facility that we have installed.
State-of-the-art technology, highly efficient plant, strong supervision all make our manufacturing process smooth, fast and error-free.
Unit I : Bengaluru Facility
Unit 1 is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Spread across a 3-acre plot, and a built-up area of 90,000 sq. feet, this plant is predominantly used to produce 3, 5 and 7ply boards. One of the first few sheet manufacturing plants of its kind in India, it is our endeavour to produce quality boards & boxes that exceed our customers’ requirements and to do so we use the following machines
Unit III : Shoolagiri , Tamilnadu
Unit III is located in Shoolagiri-Tamil Nadu, very close to the Karnataka border. The factory is spread across an 8-acre plot and has a built-up area of 2,20,000 sq. feet. We have an array of machines, that are of the best quality and produce corrugated boards and boxes.
Unit IV - Hyderabad, Telangana
Unit IV is located in Hyderabad-Telangana, very close to the Hyderabad Airport. The factory is spread across a 5-acre plot and has a built-up area of 1,14,000 sq. feet. We have an array of machines, that are of the best quality and produce corrugated boards and boxes.
